Segregation is the solution

Help our environment by working together because the more peoples efforts are the better the results with the wellbeing of the earth. Informing people can create choices in the life of a person trying to reconnect with nature.    The second one is lowering our consumption and waste minimization or to buying less things preferring minimum package items and recycling items such as bags or water bottles. Effective recycling can save a lot of time.    Apart from that, we could save water and energy. Simple acts like using energy-saving gadgets, switching off lights, and taking fewer showers come right into mind that help us consume less in terms of environmental impact while saving natural resources.    Finally, we can actually restore ecosystems. Planting trees and engaging and volunteering in many cleanups and raising awareness create a direct contribution to a healthier ecosystem.    All these conscious decision...

What I've learned

My First Quarter Reflection    What are the Learnings/Discoveries that I have made?    I have gotten a deeper understanding and knowledge on topics and I have also learned new things about myself as a student. For one, I've realized that I learn better when I'm reciting what I say out loud and saying it out loud to someone else actually makes me remember it in my own head. I've also learned how to time-manage, balancing schoolwork with extracurricular activities and having some fun. One of the biggest things I've learned is how to take apart big, overwhelming projects into smaller chunks that are not quite so intimidating, which has made them less intimidating.    What are the problems/Challenges that I have encountered?    My biggest challenge this quarter was procrastination. I wait until the last minute to start assignments or do them while the teacher is collecting them pass it afterwards, which brought a lot of stress and someti...

Dear Mr President

Dear President Marcos,    I am writing to express my appreciation for your tireless efforts in leading our nation. As the President of the Philippines, your contributions have been instrumental in shaping the country's future.    Your efforts to create infrastructure, stimulate economic development, and extend social welfare under your administration have improved the lives of some Filipinos. For example, your commitment to improving the country's agricultural sector, enhancing health services, and seeking peace and stability has been impressive.    Nevertheless acknowledging areas where your administration has been faulted. Though there has been a positive progress, there have been concerns over rising cost of living, which continues to weigh heavily on the majority of Filipinos. There have also been complaints that the progress in the eradication of poverty has been slow and wanting, and there are questions about the transparency and acc...

what I experienced during the nutrition month

Each year, Nutrition Month comes around with posters and projects, but this year was different. It wasn't merely about food pyramids or catchy songs  it mattered.      I first thought it was another school event. But watching everyone work on the Nutri-Jingle and create posters, and do activities I could see how hard everyone tried. That's when I realized food it's not just about eating, it's about health, culture, and bonding.      What actually go me exited were the Nutri Booths. where  they sold all kind of healthy foods. We weren't just learning about nutrition. We were living it. This year, Nutrition Month taught me that food is not just fuel  it's a very influential aspect of our life  and I'm happy that I was able to experience  it.        Nutrition Month was something that I never noticed before was so important it came with posters and projects but this year was ...

SAY MY NAME

My name is Jaysper Ian Carl Rapacon, and I’m 15 years old, born on June 3, 2010, in the Philippines. I live in a household with five people—my parents and my siblings.      Since I was a kid, my curiosity has always been a part of me at least that's what my parents said.  I was often told I got into trouble because I was always asking questions and exploring new things. My parents would say I loved to sleep and hide, and that I could be a bit kulit. Despite that, they always saw my good qualities too—like being helpful, cheerful, and cooperative.      When I was born, I couldn’t walk, talk, read, or write. But with their support, help, and guidance of my parents, I learned and became proficient in everything. They also taught me the importance of choosing the right path in life, a lesson that has shaped me into the person I am today. My parents are very religious, and their teachings have helped me grow into someone who v...
